    • 10 am – 12.30 pm: Mount Chapel Annual Bazaar, at the chapel – cakes, bric-a-brac, pasties, etc. – info
    • 10 am – 5 pm: Santa’s Grotto, Carnglaze Caverns in St.Neot, organised by Young Farmers  (first day) – info
    • 7 pm: Fish & Chip Quiz, Cardinham Parish Hall,  £8 (covers fish & chips & quiz entry);  raffle;  please book with Julie 01208 821227

    • 10 am – 3 pm: Arts & Craft Fair in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, Cardinham Parish Hall
    • 7 pm for 7.30:  Film Night: “Into the Woods”, Cardinham Parish Hall, £4; raffle, cheesy chips, drinks, popcorn
  • Mon 11 Dec, 7.30 pm: Informal Gardening quiz with Becky Martin ~ mulled wine, mince pies and nibbles. £1 entry for members, £2 for non-members, Cardinham Parish Hall –  info*
  • Tues 12 Dec, 7 pm: Parish United Advent Service, Mount Chapel
  • Wed 13 Dec, 3 pm:  Friends of Cardinham School Christmas Fayre, Cardinham School
  • Sat 16 Dec, 7.30 – 10.30 pm:  Pop Up Pub, Cardinham Parish Hall
  • Mon 18 Dec, Carols in Mount, Mount crossroads and around – Millpool Chorale raising money to support St Petroc’s help for local homeless  (in Jubilee Hall if bad weather)
  • Sun 24 Dec, 6.30 pm: Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, St Bartholomew’s Church Warleggan – followed by mulled wine and mince pies at Chykest.
    Remember to bring a candle or torch to church
  • Mon 25 Dec,  9.30 am: Christmas Day Holy Communion, St Bartholomew’s Church Warleggan

  1. Warleggan Young Farmers Notice:
    Hi for any one that is wondering we are in the proccess of sorting out the clubs advertisment and another fellow member has emailed the parish to sort out something regualr for those that like to see what is happening within in the club. We have have just had our AGM and therefore still in the proccess and make sure everyone is settling into their roles.
    A DATE FOR THE DIARY: New members evening, 10th november. Anyone and Everyone welcome. For anymore details please call 07538161015 and they will help as much as they can.

  5. Finally!!! The film that most of the people of Mount and Warleggan were involved in. The story of Reverend Densham finally hits the screen! Let’s make up numbers and go!

    Actress Michele Dotrice will be attending the screening of a film in Wadebridge which starred her late husband Edward Woodward.

    The Congregation of Ghosts will be shown at the Regal Cinema on Sunday, March 24 at 8pm. The event has been organised by the Friends of Pencarrow, which raised money to preserve and enhance the house and grounds at Washaway.
