Information from Highways England regarding A38 Glynn Valley overnight closures 19-23 August 2019:
Highways England will shortly be carrying out remedial roadworks. The A38 will be closed overnight between Turfdown Cross and Twelvewoods roundabout (at the junction with the A390 at Dobwalls).
The road surface in this area has deteriorated with age and needs to be repaired to ensure the safety of motorists. We will retexture the road surface, replace road markings and carry out any other minor maintenance time allows. To minimise disruption, we’ll work overnight when there are fewer vehicles on the road. During the day we will keep the carriageway open as usual. Please accept our apologies in advance for any disruption this may cause.
Overnight closures
Start date: 10pm evening of 19 August 2019
End date: 6am morning of 23 August 2019
