Directions and parking

The hall has parking for 12 cars, and others may park on the roadside. In the distance can be seen the ramp for disabled access to the main entrance to the hall

Directions

The Jubilee Hall in Mount (postcode: PL30 4ES) is situated a hundred yards from the main crossroads in Mount, on the road north to Warleggan village and onwards towards Colliford Lake and the A30.

From Liskeard, take the A38 westwards and (1) either pass through St Neot towards Bodmin; in Mount, turn right at the crossroads and you will find the Jubilee Hall shortly on your left.  Or (2) continue along A38 and watch out for a small turning right signposted to Mount, soon after the left-turn towards Looe.  Go onwards to Mount, and then straight over the staggered crossroads in the village, and you’ll see the Hall on your left.

From Bodmin (or from the A30 turn-off for Bodmin), follows signs to Bodmin crematorium.  Go past the crematorium entrance.  This (narrow) road takes you down to Fletchersbridge, and then up through woodland.  Continue along and up this road, don’t turn off it, and when eventually you get to a 5-way crossroads at the very top, on the moor, turn right along the mainer road, up across the moor to Mount village.  In Mount, go down the hill, turn left at the crossroads in the middle of the village, and you will find the Jubilee Hall on your left.

Parking

Parking is free of charge. The Hall can accommodate 12 cars in its small car park.  Others can park tidily along the roadside, ensuring that sufficient room is left for vehicles large and small to pass safely by.  Please do not park on the grass verges belonging to neighbouring houses.
