This year’s ‘Big Do in the Field’ was on Saturday 23 July 2016, from 12 noon. The annual Vegetable, Flower and Handicraft Show was held on the same day in the Warleggan Jubilee Hall.
The ‘Big Do’ was in the field opposite the Warleggan Jubilee Hall in Mount (directions*), and there was plenty of fun to be had, starting at 12 noon with the Children’s Fancy Dress.
Stalls and activities include, amongst others:
- children’s fancy dress
- family dog show – see dog show classes*
- children’s races
- barbecue / veggie food / refreshments / etc.
- cream teas
- ice cream
- face painting
- outside games
- welly wanging
- licensed bar
